-The reason why Johnny Damon hasn’t signed a deal by now is that he’s holding out for a 2-year deal, according to Fox Sports’ John Morosi.
-Peter Abraham posts, Curt Schilling responds, and Pete answers back. What drama. It’s amazing anyone gets any work done in Boston with captivating stuff like this going on.
-The Yanks officially nix the Joba Rules. The training wheels are off, no more excuses.
-Earl Bloom of the OCR takes a light-hearted look at what might go wrong for the 2010 Yanks in a series of captions to various pix. I will agree on one thing, age could be a huge issue.
-How soon fans forget one pitcher had a 5.22 ERA as a starter. Joba’s ERA as a Starter has been a much more respectable 4.18 despite the way he’s been jerked around.
